Foshan Nanhai Jiujiang Jinlingfeng Plastic & Electrical Factory is located next to Huangji Gas Station on Longgao Road, Jiujiang Town, near the scenic Xiqiao Mountain, adjacent to Gaoming Port and Heshan Port, close to Longgao Road, the Foshan-Kaiping Expressway, and connected to the Guangzhan Highway, enjoying convenient transportation. Since its establishment in 1994, the factory has grown through years of continuous effort and now owns a factory covering more than 30,000 square meters. It has introduced more than 40 brand-new computer injection molding machines: 10 units of 80T-120T, 15 units of 188T-480T, and 15 units of 538T-2000T. The factory is also equipped with a full range of equipment including milling machines, EDM machines, CNC milling machines, ultrasonic welding machines, and a 100,000-level cleanroom spray painting booth. With professional technology and strong capabilities, the factory is well-equipped. Our main business is the production, sales, and injection molding of plastic lighting accessories, primarily lampshades made of transparent materials such as PC, PMMA, PS, and PCTG; injection mold design and manufacturing; dust-free spray painting, baking paint, and plastic paint spraying. We have injection molding, painting, mold making, human resources, and electrical departments. We specialize in injection molding of PC, PMMA, and PPS. Our professional management and technical personnel are dedicated to creating perfect products. We also provide a one-stop service for product design and production, mold manufacturing, and assembly. For many years, we have cooperated with many foreign-invested lighting factories in Dongguan and Shenzhen. Our company is a chief supplier to Philips. The plastic lighting accessories we manufacture for Philips are exported to Europe and America, and these products meet EU environmental protection requirements.
